WW Week 24 Update!

This week I gained 1 pound :( I thought with the extra exercise I'd have lost some! It's quite discouraging. Someone suggested maybe I gained muscle and it just doesn't show that on the scale. I don't know! I've been on a plateau for about a month and I'm really getting discouraged. Anyone have any tips?

  1. Honestly WRITE BEFORE YOU BITE. Don't let a single thing pass your lips without measuring it out and counting your calories. The ONLY thing that ever worked for me weight loss wise was this trick. Dont even take a drink without lgging it down. Try this for ONE WEEK. Measure out portions, don't eyeball ANYTHING. Get into this habit. I had surgery, but still have to use this habit now. Watch your ingredients. Make sure you are going as lean and as sugar free as you can get. NO CHEATING. Just because you get in exercise does not mean you get to eat more. Call it your bank. Save what you can in your bank exercise wise, but don't spend it. Savings is key in weight loss banks! Just consider exercise your bonus in the end. If you try this for two weeks and honestly say you have given it 110% and still have no weight loss then go see your medical Dr. you could have a thyroid issue or metobolic issue.
