My birthday was this past week and I ended up eating all my weekly points and even going into the negative when it came to points. I prepared for the worse when I stepped on the scale this morning, however I was pleasantly surprised when I lost 1 pound! That put me into the next daily points target bracket! Now I can eat 36 points per day, I feel like I just switched to 37, but going down is a good sign. I have 3 more pounds until my next goal weight!
