WW Week 30 Update!
This week I wasn't expecting much from the scale. I moved on Thursday (details to come) and basically have just eaten noodles and frozen pizza all week. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning and discovered that I've lost 4lbs this week! That makes up for the 3 pounds I gained last week and I even lost an extra pound. Thankfully I went to the grocery store so my diet this week should be more balanced.
