This week I gained 3 lbs. I was kind of expecting it, as I went out of town for a baby shower and to spend the weekend with a friend. I had decided I would have a "no points" weekend and see how it worked. Well, it certainly didn't work in the weight "loss" area, but now I know. This week I hope to lose what I gained and get back to my 5lb total, so I can start fresh the next week.
