WW Week 16 Update!

This week I didn't track at all, ate junk all week, and didn't exercise at all, but somehow I lost 2 pounds!!! I have absolutely no idea how it happened, but I'm not going to complain about it! YAY 2 pounds!

  1. Brittany, glad you are still losing, but don't give up the plan. We have all done that so many times, but if you just keep on doing, you will succeed! "Do not grow weary in doing good" so I believe it is Paul that exhorts us!
