WW Week 17 Update!

I lost 1 pound this week! I tracked all week, although didn't get much exercise in. That 1 pound got to my first weight loss goal, which is 5% of my starting weight. WOO HOO! My next goal is 10% of my starting weight!

  1. As long as you are going in the right direction, it's good. Try to get more exercise and more pounds should come off. I'm proud of your progress. Aunt Phyllis
